Director of Client Operations

Job Summary

Overseeing operations management for multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Director of Client Operations will manage client relationships, drive performance improvements, and lead Health Center Leadership staff while ensuring client satisfaction and strategic integration.

Key responsibilities

• Serves as the main client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities, focusing on client satisfaction
• Identifies and implements processes to enhance health center performance and integrates corporate strategies
• Provides leadership and mentoring to site-level supervisors and manages a portfolio of health centers and clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in a business environment or related industry, with a focus on managing others
• Experience managing virtual teams and in healthcare operations preferred
• Demonstrated experience with medical information management systems and process efficiency management
• Prior budget and P&L responsibility desired
