Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director - Client Partnership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and acquire U.S.-based clients, focusing on New York
  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients and run discovery calls to understand their needs
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships and collaborate with internal teams for client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Proven B2B sales or business development experience, owning the full sales cycle
  • Strong outbound sales capability with experience in selling services or consultative offerings
  • Solid understanding of business hiring and team scaling
  • U.S.-based with the ability to engage and sell into the New York/U.S. market
  • Experience in talent outsourcing or tech-enabled services is a plus
