Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire U.S.-based clients, focusing on New York
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients and run discovery calls to understand their needs
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships and collaborate with internal teams for client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Proven B2B sales or business development experience, owning the full sales cycle
- Strong outbound sales capability with experience in selling services or consultative offerings
- Solid understanding of business hiring and team scaling
- U.S.-based with the ability to engage and sell into the New York/U.S. market
- Experience in talent outsourcing or tech-enabled services is a plus
