Job Summary
Owning strategic client relationships for a defined set of accounts, the full-time remote Director of Client Partnerships will manage integrated multi-channel plans, lead client engagements, and drive measurable outcomes while fostering team leadership and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end integrated planning for assigned accounts and present at client touchpoints, aligning plans with business objectives
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, proactively identifying and mitigating risks while driving performance and optimization
- Define success measures in collaboration with Analytics, synthesizing multi-source data into actionable investment cases for clients
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in client leadership within performance marketing, with a focus on driving growth and efficiency
- 4+ years of people leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Demonstrated executive relationship leadership and experience in complex alignment and change management
- Strong cross-channel literacy and measurement acumen, including familiarity with forecasting and incrementality
- BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience
