Job Summary
Owning strategic, executive-level client relationships, the full-time Director of Client Partnerships will build integrated multi-channel plans, lead client touchpoints, and ensure measurable outcomes while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end integrated planning for assigned accounts, aligning plans with business objectives and presenting at client touchpoints
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with director/VP level stakeholders, proactively addressing risks and political challenges
- Lead performance optimization and transparency efforts, converting insights into actionable decisions and next steps
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of client leadership experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of driving growth and efficiency
- 4+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching and performance management
- Strong cross-channel literacy in marketing, including Search, Social, and Display/TV & Audio
- Fluency in Bliss Point or similar tools, with the ability to translate insights into investment and testing decisions
- BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience
