Job Summary

Owning a portfolio of enterprise client relationships, the remote Director of Client Partnerships will translate AI workforce development into measurable business impact, managing strategic account plans and cross-functional teams to ensure client success and growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and manage executive relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with their business priorities and program delivery
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams to meet client commitments and drive business outcomes while identifying and mitigating risks
  • Track and report on key metrics related to client health, program quality, and account growth, while identifying upsell and expansion opportunities
Required qualifications
  • 8 to 12+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise client success, or complex program delivery
  • Proven ability to manage complex enterprise relationships from strategy through execution, including stakeholder management and value realization
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with enterprise-level stakeholders and strong executive communication abilities
  • Consultative mindset with experience in workforce development, digital transformation, or technology sectors preferred
  • Ability to drive alignment across internal teams and prioritize competing initiatives effectively
