Job Summary

Providing strategic and tactical leadership for multi-million dollar engagements, the remote Director of Client Partnerships will manage client relationships, identify business needs, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large-scale hospital system engagements, ensuring client success and satisfaction
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, translating needs and expectations effectively
• Oversee multiple project tracks and teams, maintaining a focus on quality and financial health of client relationships

Required qualifications

• Expert experience in client services, particularly with large hospital systems in a design or innovation agency environment
• Strong understanding of healthcare dynamics and the engagement of patients, caregivers, and clinicians
• Proven ability to manage long-term, multi-million dollar projects across various teams
• Familiarity with web development technologies and design lifecycle
• Comfort in interacting with clients at all organizational levels, from executives to support staff
