Job Summary
Driving client performance across a defined portfolio, the full-time remote Director of Client Performance will manage operational execution, ensure alignment with client expectations, and oversee financial outcomes while leading cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction and streamline onboarding processes.
Key responsibilities
- Own performance metrics across assigned clients, including throughput, cycle time, quality, and revenue outcomes
- Lead operational onboarding for new clients and define success metrics to stabilize performance
- Drive cross-functional alignment and accountability to resolve high-priority client issues impacting satisfaction and revenue
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field preferred or equivalent experience
- 8-12+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, with a focus on denials operations
- Proven ability to manage client performance and lead cross-functional initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate operational data into actionable insights
- Deep understanding of payer dynamics and operational KPIs
