Director of Client Policy

Job Summary

Leading the management and delivery of critical event-driven data, the full-time remote Director of Client Policy will oversee the collection, validation, and distribution of M&A and corporate governance data while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the collection, validation, and delivery of M&A, proxy contest, and corporate governance event data globally
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of event data across internal systems and client platforms
• Drive process improvement initiatives and partner with various teams to enhance data infrastructure and workflow efficiency

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in proxy voting, M&A data, corporate governance, or financial market data services
• Strong understanding of mergers & acquisitions, proxy contests, and shareholder activism
• Experience managing complex data operations and quality control frameworks
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Familiarity with governance technology or financial data systems is preferred
