Director of Client Programs

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership for client programs, the full-time Director of Client Programs will oversee development and commercialization processes, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business priorities in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Establish program management strategies and oversee client portfolio performance to align with organizational objectives
• Lead project planning and resource prioritization across various functions, ensuring timely execution of integrated program plans
• Develop and mentor high-performing program management teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in scientific, engineering, business, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of project and program management experience in the pharmaceutical and CDMO industries
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and managing strategic client relationships
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills, with experience in leading client meetings and business reviews
