Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Client Relations to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the client relationship function for a $10-15 million business unit, ensuring exceptional service delivery
• Oversee the account management team and implement proactive strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention
• Mentor team members and provide regular updates on client relationship health and team performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, communications, human services, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably in healthcare or service-based industries
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams
• Ability to analyze data and develop actionable strategies based on insights
• Familiarity with Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) or related fields is highly desirable
