Director of Client Relations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Development and Client Relations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and decision-makers at loan originators for third-party review diligence
• Drive new business development and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Represent the organization at industry conferences and events, while tracking and reporting business development initiatives

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Extensive relationships and knowledge of loan origination companies
• Experience in investment banking or secondary marketing trading
• Background in mortgage, real estate, or structured products at financial services or private equity firms
• Experience in structured products, lending, or real estate underwriting at financial institutions
• Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and database management; Salesforce experience is a plus
