Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Client Relationship Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior relationship owner for assigned healthcare client accounts
• Partner with internal operational leadership to ensure service delivery meets client expectations
• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or healthcare services
• Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare revenue cycle continuum
• Proven experience managing complex healthcare client relationships
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration between operations, sales, and leadership teams
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is preferred
