Job Summary
Providing strategic leadership for client-facing operations, the full-time Director of Client Service Delivery will cultivate strong client relationships, drive satisfaction, and optimize service delivery processes in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage relationships with key client counterparts and communicate revenue cycle performance
- Design and develop presentations for client executives highlighting updates and performance analytics
- Collaborate with internal teams to align operational objectives and improve performance metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant fields, with at least 5 years in a management role
- Extensive experience in Revenue Cycle Management or Epic consulting
- Proven track record of optimizing service delivery processes
- Ability to mentor and guide teams in building scalable self-monitoring processes
