Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Client Services to build, lead and grow their Client Services department within the organization and ensure a smooth-running, effective daily operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, grow and lead the Client Services Team and department
- Deliver superior white glove service to clients
- Manage portfolio of onboarding sessions and lead complex conversion activities
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Management or equivalent
- Experience in a client-facing, high-level account management role
- Experience in the ITAD/Asset Management/Reverse Logistics industry desired
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills with project management abilities
