Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Client Services who will lead a team of account managers to enhance client relationships and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of account managers to deliver exceptional service and foster a high-performance culture
• Drive client renewals, upsells, and cross-sells by linking business objectives to solutions and collaborating with the sales team
• Define and monitor client success metrics, implementing processes for onboarding and product adoption to ensure long-term value

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Customer Success, preferably in the education sector
• Demonstrated sales experience with responsibility for revenue growth and account expansion
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on developing a performance-driven team culture
• Strategic thinker capable of aligning client insights with business goals
• Proven ability to implement scalable systems that enhance client engagement and service delivery
