A company is looking for a Director of Client Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage investor relations, including onboarding new investors and maintaining relationships with current investors and partners
• Oversee the investor lifecycle process and ensure timely and accurate investor reporting and communication
• Lead a client services team and implement operational improvements to enhance performance and compliance

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in investor relations, client services, or fund operations within real estate or private equity
• Solid understanding of fund structures, investor reporting, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency with CRM and investor portal platforms
• Proven leadership experience and ability to work cross-functionally
• Exceptional relationship management and project management skills
