Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Client Services, Access & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients, ensuring documentation and training on systems and applications
• Coordinate responses to client requests and assist with monthly billing and invoicing
• Develop and implement improved revenue cycle processes and maintain knowledge of insurance carriers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 10 years' relevant experience
• At least 5 years of proven Revenue Cycle experience
• Extensive knowledge of revenue cycle data analysis and accounting practices
• In-depth knowledge of industry regulations
• Advanced time-management and organizational skills
