Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Client Services, Access & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Client Managers to prioritize and define organizational goals
• Define and manage revenue cycle performance goals and metrics
• Provide leadership and mentorship to department managers and supervisors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 7+ years of experience in hospital revenue cycle roles
• 5+ years of experience as a director or similar role in the hospital revenue cycle industry
• Familiarity with various Hospital Accounting and EMR Systems
• Experience managing denials programs preferred
