Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of client-facing project managers and support staff
• Set and manage client expectations while ensuring effective study management
• Liaise with business development and executive leadership to establish client acquisition and retention strategies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of team leadership and client management experience in a central lab or contract research organization
• Global work experience with teams and clients across cultures and time zones
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field required; graduate degree in business administration preferred
