Director of Client Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director/Senior Manager of Client Services to oversee and elevate the family and school experience nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all prospective family intake conversations
• Oversee client onboarding and ensure a seamless, concierge-level experience
• Conduct strategic outreach to deepen partnerships with school contacts

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in education, admissions, client services, or relationship-driven leadership roles
• Strong understanding of the K-12 educational landscape
• Deep familiarity with ADHD and executive functioning challenges
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
• Background as a teacher, school counselor, learning specialist, or education administrator strongly preferred
