Director of Client Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director/Senior Manager of Client Services to oversee and enhance the family and school experience nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all prospective family intake conversations
• Clearly and confidently present the curriculum and coaching model
• Oversee client onboarding and ensure a seamless, concierge-level experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in education, admissions, client services, or relationship-driven leadership roles
• Strong understanding of the K-12 educational landscape
• Deep familiarity with ADHD and executive functioning challenges
• Proven experience leading client-facing strategy or managing high-touch relationships
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
