Job Summary

Director of Client Services, responsible for leading a team of account management professionals in a full-time role focused on client retention, relationship management, and financial performance within the pharmacy benefit management sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee client retention and renewal strategies, ensuring compliance and timely execution of contracts
  • Build and maintain relationships with benefits consultants and brokers, serving as a primary contact for escalations
  • Manage book-level profitability and identify revenue opportunities through upselling and product expansion
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in pharmacy benefit management or related healthcare settings
  • Minimum 3 years in a management or team lead role
  • Experience managing TPA, coalition, or self-funded employer accounts is preferred
  • Deep knowledge of PBM contracting mechanics and pharmacy benefit compliance landscape
