Job Summary
Leading strategic partnerships in corporate affairs and political communications, the full-time salaried Director of Client Services will manage client accounts, oversee integrated campaigns, and provide strategic advisory services while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring overall success and strategic management of accounts
- Lead high-stakes client communications and oversee campaign performance analysis to drive long-term growth
- Coordinate cross-departmentally to deliver integrated campaigns and improve internal processes for scalable growth
Required qualifications
- 8-12 years of professional work experience, with at least 5 years in client management or services roles related to creator marketing or public affairs
- Experience advising senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and government officials
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level clients and complex integrated campaigns
- Strong operational, organizational, and project management capabilities
- Deep understanding of creator ecosystems across platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram
