Job Summary
Leading a high-performing team of Account Managers, the full-time remote Director of Client Services will drive client retention and growth while leveraging data-driven insights to enhance customer success and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor Account Managers to deliver exceptional client service and results
- Drive client renewals and upsell opportunities through consultative engagement and collaboration with Sales
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve client outcomes and adapt service strategies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Customer Success, including leadership responsibility
- Proven success in leading high-performing client-facing teams and driving account growth
- Experience in consultative sales, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
