Director of Client Services

Job Summary

Leading the client services team, the full-time remote Director of Client Services will drive client retention, oversee service delivery, and manage team performance while ensuring exceptional results for strategic accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the executive owner of client success, managing relationships and resolving complex client issues
• Oversee the Client Services team, providing coaching, performance reviews, and managing team capacity
• Develop and improve operational processes to enhance service delivery efficiency and track departmental KPIs

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of client management experience in a marketing agency setting
• Minimum 2 years of project or account management experience
• Minimum 2 years of people management experience with a track record of developing teams
• Familiarity with marketing agency financial metrics such as gross profit and utilization
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
