Director of Client Services

Job Summary

To ensure the success of client programs, the full-time salaried Director of Client Services will lead a team in developing delivery strategies, managing pharmaceutical accounts, and driving cross-functional collaboration while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery strategy and operating plans for client programs, ensuring alignment with client goals
• Own a portfolio of pharmaceutical accounts, focusing on retention, expansion, and program health
• Manage and mentor a team of Client Services Managers and Coordinators, fostering their strategic and consultative skills

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience delivering software platforms or complex programs to clients, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector
• Proven track record managing clients with $5M+ in annual business
• Experience in building governance structures and delivery frameworks for multi-phase programs
• Exceptional presentation skills, particularly in QBRs, with the ability to provide actionable insights
• Strong command of project management tools and the ability to manage a high-complexity portfolio autonomously
