Job Summary

Leading high-impact client engagements, the full-time remote Director of Client Services will manage a portfolio of accounts, drive strategic growth, and oversee cross-functional consulting teams to ensure exceptional client experiences and measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client delivery and ensure the success of a portfolio of accounts by delivering value and excellence in every engagement
• Develop account strategies to expand client partnerships and align with client goals, driving overall growth
• Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and capabilities while fostering a collaborative environment

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a client-facing role in management consulting or digital transformation consulting
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in dynamic environments
• Strong commercial instincts for expanding accounts and introducing new service opportunities
• Financial and business acumen to make agile and confident decisions
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
