Director of Client Services

Job Summary

Seeking a proven client services leader, the full-time Director of Client Services will manage the delivery of sales services within the Manufacturing Sales Services Division, ensuring client success from onboarding through execution, while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the launch of new client engagements and ensure smooth transitions from sales to service delivery
• Lead, mentor, and grow client-facing delivery teams responsible for executing sales services programs
• Evaluate and enhance client launch materials, reporting frameworks, and communication templates to drive operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in client services, sales operations, or service delivery leadership, ideally in B2B or agency environments
• 5+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing across multiple industries
• Proven success managing client-facing teams and scaling service delivery organizations
• Strong track record of improving processes and delivering measurable client outcomes
• Data-driven mindset with experience developing and interpreting client performance reports
