Director of Client Services

Job Summary

Leading a portfolio of client accounts, the full-time remote Director of Client Services will drive strategic growth, oversee project delivery, and build trusted relationships while managing P&L responsibilities in a management consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client delivery and ensure project success across a portfolio of accounts
• Identify opportunities to expand client partnerships and develop account strategies
• Coach and mentor cross-functional teams to enhance their consulting skills and deliver high-quality results

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in management consulting or digital transformation consulting
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in dynamic environments
• Strong commercial instincts for expanding accounts and introducing new service opportunities
• Financial and business acumen to make agile decisions
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
