Job Summary
To support a growing Hospitality Studio, the remote Director of Client Services will oversee client relationships, enhance service delivery, and drive business growth by pursuing new opportunities and expanding existing client engagements.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities within the luxury Hospitality market

Required qualifications
- BA or advanced degree in marketing, sales, architecture, design, or related fields
- 12+ years in progressive hospitality sector sales and marketing roles
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and contracting mechanisms
- Experience selling hospitality architecture and design services
- Advanced skills in sales tracking software and CRM systems
