Job Summary

To lead strategic partnerships and drive business impact, the full-time salaried Director of Enterprise Client Services will manage relationships with large enterprise-level clients remotely, focusing on client retention, satisfaction, and collaboration across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with enterprise-level clients, serving as a trusted advisor and key point of contact
• Develop and implement client strategies that enhance retention and long-term growth across major accounts
• Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and successful client outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
• Ten or more years of progressive experience in a TPA, insurance carrier, or brokerage environment
• Five or more years of experience in account management or a related role
• Strong leadership and relationship management skills with a high level of business acumen
• Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration across business functions and effectively manage client relationships
