Job Summary

Seeking a strategic leader, the full-time salaried Director of Client Services Excellence and Automation will drive operational excellence and AI-powered transformation across the Client Services organization, focusing on building processes and workflows that enhance efficiency and client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and lead a team focused on operational excellence, establishing scalable processes and governance frameworks
  • Own onboarding and continuous learning programs while managing change initiatives for new tools and processes
  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation into operations, partnering with technical teams to design and scale solutions
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years in Client Services or related fields with a focus on modernizing operations through AI and automation
  • 3+ years of leadership experience guiding teams through AI tool adoption and workflow transitions
  • Strong background in process improvement and operational enablement with hands-on experience in deploying AI-powered workflows
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, particularly in agentic tools and AI-integrated platforms
  • Familiarity with CRM and service platforms, including experience with AI capabilities such as intelligent routing
