Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Management, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in advancement systems/services, CRM consulting, or client success
• Competency with advancement CRM platforms and implementation strategies
• Strong understanding of advancement operations and donor lifecycle
• Ability to work with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
