Director of Client Solutions
Job Summary
Driving the development and implementation of client and product initiatives, the full-time Director of Client Solutions will manage complex solution delivery for Multi-Services Operators and Broadband providers, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Execute client and product delivery of complex solutions while supporting Assurant's vision and culture
- Coordinate efforts across multiple disciplines to ensure successful design and implementation of solutions
- Transition client and product solutions to permanent product owners, ensuring they achieve intended outcomes and operate efficiently
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Project/Program Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business leadership roles with expertise in client relations
- Experience as a Technical Solution Engineer or in Service Execution is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile development environments
- Extensive understanding of industry trends and experience in the service industry
