Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Client Strategy (Influencer & Creator).
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive net revenue retention across a portfolio of strategic accounts, including upsell and cross-sell initiatives
- Serve as the primary strategic partner to SaaS clients, guiding their influencer marketing and employee-generated content programs
- Lead executive-level conversations, including QBRs, growth planning sessions, and program maturity assessments
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, SaaS, or social ad tech
- Strong understanding of creator ecosystems and employee-generated content strategies
- Proven success in account management, client services, or sales roles, preferably with revenue responsibility
- Demonstrated track record of growing existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell initiatives
- Experience navigating enterprise and mid-market organizations and building relationships across multiple stakeholders
