Director of Client Strategy

Job Summary

Seeking a proactive and senior strategist, the remote Director of Client Strategy will own client health and strategic direction for complex accounts, synthesizing insights into executive-ready narratives while leading internal strategy discussions and coaching account managers.

Key responsibilities

• Own client health and strategic direction for a defined set of complex and flagship accounts
• Synthesize inputs from various teams into coherent strategic stories and executive-friendly roadmaps
• Lead Strategy Group discussions to elevate account strategies and ensure quality standards

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in a digital, performance, or integrated agency environment with ownership of large accounts
• Proven ability to create executive-level narratives from cross-channel data and insights
• Experience presenting to C-suite and VP-level clients with confidence
• Strong strategic instincts with a focus on identifying risks and opportunities early
• Healthcare, health tech, or medtech industry experience preferred
