Director of Client Success

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Client Success for a remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to align with business goals and organization strategies
• Lead and manage a team to create a client-centric culture and maximize organizational impact and efficiency
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, drive KPIs for revenue retention, client satisfaction, and qualified sales leads

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Master's Degree preferred
• Two (2)+ years in a Client Success leadership role or equivalent work experience
• Experience managing both platform and revenue clients
