Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Client Success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main point of contact for strategic customers, ensuring high NPS scores and outstanding client experience
  • Lead a team of account managers to maintain consistency in client communication and reporting
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, manage project progress, and optimize contractual relationships with customers

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in service delivery related to software and services, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, understand customer needs, and deliver client-focused solutions
  • Project management certification and knowledge of risk management or ability to learn quickly
  • Intermediate to strong Excel skills and an entrepreneurial mindset for process improvement
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively at all levels of an organization
