Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Client Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee client performance and ensure Advocacy standards are met
- Utilize KPI tools to manage and report on client performance and health
- Mentor Client Success Managers and assist with client implementation and expansions
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in business or healthcare management preferred
- At least five years of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or a related field
- Basic familiarity with medical billing and terminology
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Strong knowledge in revenue cycle management, accounting, and/or finance
