Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Client Success.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee client performance and ensure Advocacy standards are met
• Utilize KPI tools to manage and report on client performance and health
• Mentor Client Success Managers and assist with client implementation and expansions

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in business or healthcare management preferred
• At least five years of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or a related field
• Basic familiarity with medical billing and terminology
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Strong knowledge in revenue cycle management, accounting, and/or finance
