Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Client Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage payer relationships to ensure contract renewal and develop payer references
  • Create and execute strategic account plans
  • Conduct executive-level business reviews with an analytical focus
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience required; Master's degree in Public Health Policy and Management preferred
  • 10 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 5 years in account management within the healthcare industry
  • Working knowledge of claim processing, coding, reimbursement methodologies, and Medicare/Medicaid regulations
  • Familiarity with member/patient-facing technologies with a clinical focus strongly desired
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
