Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Client Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage payer relationships, ensuring contract renewal and development of payer references
- Create and execute strategic account plans
- Conduct executive-level business reviews with an analytical focus
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience required; Master's degree in Public Health Policy and Management preferred
- 10 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 5 years in account management in the healthcare industry
- Working knowledge of claim processing, coding, and reimbursement methodologies, as well as Medicare and Medicaid regulations
- Familiarity with member/patient-facing technologies with a clinical focus strongly desired
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
