Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Client Success, RCM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and scale a team of Client Success Managers to enhance member satisfaction and retention
  • Implement best practices and track performance metrics to improve RCM service delivery
  • Manage escalated member issues and ensure timely responses to inquiries and concerns


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
  • 3+ years of experience with ambulatory EMR software
  • 3+ years of experience leading a team in Account Management or Client Success
  • Successful track record working with diverse stakeholders across various functions
  • BA or BS Degree preferred
