Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Client Success, RCM.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a team of Client Success Managers to enhance member satisfaction and retention
- Implement best practices and track performance metrics to improve RCM service delivery
- Manage escalated member issues and ensure timely responses to inquiries and concerns
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
- 3+ years of experience with ambulatory EMR software
- 3+ years of experience leading a team in Account Management or Client Success
- Successful track record working with diverse stakeholders across various functions
- BA or BS Degree preferred
