Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Client Success, Residential Markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage executive relationships with national-scale residential solar financiers and O&M providers
  • Lead and mentor the Residential Client Success Management team to enhance performance and strategic account management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client portfolios meet performance guarantees and identify opportunities for service expansion
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in the solar industry, with at least 5 years in senior account or asset management roles
  • Deep understanding of solar project finance, including Tax Equity structures and PPA/Lease mechanics
  • Experience managing multi-million dollar contracts and enforcing MSAs and SLAs
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
  • High level of comfort discussing solar system architecture and performance with technical stakeholders
