Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Client Success, Residential Markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage executive relationships with national-scale residential solar financiers and O&M providers
- Lead and mentor the Residential Client Success Management team to enhance performance and strategic account management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client portfolios meet performance guarantees and identify opportunities for service expansion
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in the solar industry, with at least 5 years in senior account or asset management roles
- Deep understanding of solar project finance, including Tax Equity structures and PPA/Lease mechanics
- Experience managing multi-million dollar contracts and enforcing MSAs and SLAs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
- High level of comfort discussing solar system architecture and performance with technical stakeholders
