Key Responsibilities

• Monitor client performance and ensure Client Success standards are met
• Utilize KPI tools and analytics to manage and report on client performance
• Mentor Managers in Client Success to exceed client expectations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare management, or related field preferred
• At least five years of experience in healthcare or revenue cycle management
• Basic familiarity with medical billing and terminology
• Proven strong leadership and management skills
