Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Client Success.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor client performance and ensure Client Success standards are met
• Utilize KPI tools and analytics to manage and report on client performance
• Mentor Manager, Client Success and oversee client meetings and issue resolution

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare management, or related field preferred
• At least five years of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or a related field
• Basic familiarity with medical billing and terminology
• Strong leadership and management skills
