Job Summary
A company is looking for an Alliance and Client Success Director to lead partnerships and client success initiatives in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and launch of Health Plan and Alliance partnerships, ensuring seamless integration into clinical and benefits ecosystems
- Drive demand and membership growth by equipping partner sales teams with necessary tools and narratives
- Manage a portfolio of self-insured employer clients, overseeing post-sale implementation, engagement, and retention
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in digital health with a focus on alliance management and client success
- Deep understanding of payer dynamics and healthcare contracts
- Ability to navigate complex financial ROI frameworks and medical claims analysis
- Proven track record of implementing structured growth processes post-contract
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; MBA or MHA preferred
