Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage relationships with plan-client stakeholders, serving as a healthcare consultant
  • Prepare and conduct quarterly business reviews and annual planning sessions with stakeholders

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of Taft Hartley experience in healthcare, plan benefits, or insurance industries
  • Proven track record of managing senior-level client relationships within health care benefits
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Experience in fast-growing organizations or managing transformational change
  • Project management skills to identify and achieve goals
