Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage relationships with plan-client stakeholders, serving as a healthcare consultant
- Prepare and conduct quarterly business reviews and annual planning sessions with stakeholders
- Create and execute strategic retention and growth plans for assigned labor market groups
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Taft Hartley experience in healthcare, plan benefits, or insurance industries
- Proven track record of managing senior-level client relationships within health care benefits
- Strong business and financial acumen

- Project management skills to identify and achieve goals
