Job Summary

Director of Client Success is a full-time leadership role focused on enhancing client engagement and retention through strategic product management and team development in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a customer success management team to drive revenue retention and provide healthcare data analytics support
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to cultivate product vision and prioritize roadmaps for market opportunities
  • Manage escalated client requests and complaints while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Health Services, Business, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in health insurance, preferably in self-insured plans
  • Strong management presence with leadership abilities
  • Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and distributed teams
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry workflows related to claims processing
