Job Summary
Director of Client Success is a full-time leadership role focused on enhancing client engagement and retention through strategic product management and team development in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a customer success management team to drive revenue retention and provide healthcare data analytics support
- Collaborate with stakeholders to cultivate product vision and prioritize roadmaps for market opportunities
- Manage escalated client requests and complaints while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Health Services, Business, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in health insurance, preferably in self-insured plans
- Strong management presence with leadership abilities
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and distributed teams
- Knowledge of healthcare industry workflows related to claims processing
