Job Summary
As the Senior Director of Client Success and Growth, this full-time role will manage strategic partnerships, oversee financial health and operational delivery of client accounts, and drive clinical impact within the healthcare system, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and manage high-value healthcare partnerships, treating them as individual P&Ls to drive revenue growth and operational excellence
- Lead clients in activating Centers of Excellence, focusing on impactful clinical areas such as Substance Use Disorder and Oncology
- Bridge strategy and execution by collaborating with executives and operational teams to balance client customizations with organizational standards
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Account Management, Healthcare Operations, or Management Consulting, with a focus on Benefits Management
- Proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in complex, cross-functional initiatives across various stakeholders
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to manage relationships and navigate organizational dynamics effectively
- Strong financial acumen, including knowledge of healthcare economics and margin management
- Technical literacy to connect business needs with Engineering/Product deliverables, particularly in cloud migrations and platform scaling
