Job Summary
Managing the overall service delivery for assigned customers, the remote Director of Client Success will oversee project life cycles, ensure client satisfaction, and drive financial results while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships within assigned accounts and lead client-related projects
- Identify opportunities for service expansion and partner with sales executives on client discussions
- Ensure delivery of results according to contract scope and monitor overall account health and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate or healthcare management, managing large national health plan payer accounts
- Experience leading and directing large cross-functional projects and programs
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience managing payment integrity audit programs
- Healthcare management or related certifications preferred
